Get Solutions Faster
From your first scan to advanced enterprise workflows, we have curated the core techniques for AI OCR recognition and layout restoration.
Mastering the Workflow
Achieve a digital leap for physical documents in three steps.
01. File Preparation & Upload
Drag your images (JPG/PNG) or scans (PDF) into the processing area. A resolution of 300 DPI or higher is recommended to ensure the VLM model captures every detail precisely.
02. Recognition Engine Settings
Select the source language. For complex tables or handwritten notes, please enable "Pro Layout Recovery" mode to trigger deep semantic analysis for layout restoration.
03. Dynamic Asset Download
After previewing the results, export them as searchable PDF, Word, or Excel files. Your documents are now fully editable and indexed for search.
OCR Frequently Asked Questions
Deep Dive into OCR
Do you support handwritten text recognition?
Yes. iLoveOCR features an advanced VLM specifically trained for cursive and messy handwriting. For low-contrast handwritten docs, we recommend re-capturing the image in a well-lit environment for better precision.
Will the Word formatting be messy after recognition?
Our core competitive advantage is "Layout Restoration." The system intelligently detects columns, tables, and image placements to maximize the preservation of the original document's visual logic.
How do I batch process hundreds of images?
After logging in, you can access "Batch Mode." Simply drag and drop multiple folders; the system will automatically allocate computing resources for parallel recognition and provide a ZIP download.
What if the recognition results contain garbled characters?
This is usually caused by a language mismatch—for example, selecting the Simplified Chinese engine for Traditional Chinese text. Please check the "Language Priority" options in the settings panel and try running the process again.
